What you need to Wrestle

Before practice starts, please make sure your wrestler has headgear and wrestling shoes. The headgear should fit snug and cover their ears.  Wrestling shoes should NOT be worn ANYWHERE EXCEPT THE MAT.  This ensures the health of all our wrestlers. If you have any questions please ask!
